Data Plan
Regardless of the rental period, the data allowance is fixed (305ZT: 10GB, FS030W: 50GB). If you exceed this limit, your data connection will be disabled. Regrettably, we are unable to add more data.
Return Postage
The return postage is included in the rental rate.
When you return the rental set including the return enelope, the return postage of 550 yen will be refunded.

Return
To return your device, simply place in the return envelope, and put in any Japan Post postbox.
The return envelope is included in the rental set.
Drop the return envelope in any Japan postbox.
The envelope is prepaid.
Return at our store in Akihabara, Tokyo
You can renturn your rental set at our store. Please visit us in the business hours, by the rental end date.
Please bring the return envelope for refunding the return postage of 550 JPY.
Note
Cancellation
Please contact us with your order number by email.
We can cancel your order before starting your rental.
Overdue Fees
If you return the rental set past the end of the rental period, we shall charge overdue fees.
The overdue fee shall be 550 yen (max. 11,000 yen) inclusive of tax per day, and will be charged at the store or bank transfer.
Lost
Wi-Fi Router: 11,000 JPY
USB Cable: 1,100 JPY
Pouch: 330 JPY
