We undertake varied preparations and customer supports for hassle-free rental services. Here, we would like to introduce our major commitments to quality.

We constantly strive to improve our services even further. We would appreciate any comments or suggestions.

Our Commitment #1

Inspected and Fully Charged Before Shipping

Every device is carefully inspected and fully charged before shipping. Only the devices passed operation verification test including monitor display test and signal emission test will be shipped.

To prevent battery depletion, devices are immediately collected when they are fully charged. In addition, the built-in batteries are regularly replaced with new ones.

Preparation Process of Shipping a Wi-Fi

This is a returned device.

When the devices are returned, they are fully charged.

Then we reset the devices.

We test signal emission of the devices if they work properly.

The devices that passed all tests such as signal test, operation verification test including tests on the buttons and their charger are collected.

After wiping them with a special cloth to remove any dirt, we disinfect the surface with alcohol, and finish with the dry cloth.

The devices are put in the air cushion to protect from any shock or damage.

We put the device, an AC adapter, and an USB cable in the cushion pouch, and then, it is ready to go!

Inspection staff will undertake their resposibility to the quality. We would appreciate any comments or suggestions.

Order Anytime, Shipping Everyday

Orders received during weekends or holidays are sent out that weekend or holiday if necessary. You can pick up rental items at our store on weekends or holidays, too.

We ship our rental Wi-Fi everyday during summer and winter vacation, too.
* In holiday seasons, occasionally, all devices may be rent out. Please place your order in advance so you don't miss it.

We respond to your inquiries quickly and deliberately.
Well-Trained telephone operators will support you in English.

Speckless Rental Items

We clean every router and the peripherals by our hands.

After wiping them with a special cloth to remove any dirt, we disinfect the surface with alcohol, and finish with the dry cloth.
There is a protective sheet on the screen to prevent scratching.
If there are damages or stains on the pouch, we exchange them to the new ones.

Email Notification

We notify each progress of your order by email such as order confirmation email, shipping notification email, and return confirmation email.
You can track your package with the tracking number informed by the shipping notification email.
When you request to change your order details, we send update confirmation email.
