You can receive your rental device at your hotel reception.
Simply pick up when you check-in.
As the hotel reception will receive the parcel on your behalf, you never miss to receive your parcel.
The recipient name on your order must match the hotel reservation name.
If the name doesn't match, the hotel may refuse to give you the parcel, for security reasons.
Also, remember to enter the hotel name when you place your order.
You can specify the delivery time range according to the delivery areas.
We will deliver your parcel by the earliest time range when you select one.

We deliver to where your are staying, whether a private home, Airbnb or dormitory.
We use Yamato Transport services for delivery.
Your Wi-Fi device will be delivered directly to you by the courier.
You must personally be there to receive the parcel.
You can specify the delivery time range when you place your order.
Available time ranges are as follows: "Before Noon" "2 PM - 4 PM" "4 PM - 6 PM" "6 PM - 8 PM" "7 PM - 9 PM".
* Other time ranges and more specific time are not available.
Check the deliverable time depending on the places.

Your signature will be required to accept the Yamato Transport delivery. It will not be delivered, if you are not physically present.
