How to Receive

Our Wi-Fi routers can be easily picked-up at the airport, or delivered to your place of stay.

We use Japan Post (Yu-Pack parcel) services for delivery.
Specify "Pickup Location" and "Delivery Date" when you place your order.

* There is an airport handling fee of 540 yen for airport pickup,
in addition to the round-trip postage of 1,080 yen.

You can pick up your rental Wi-Fi at specified counters and post offices at the airport.

You can access the Internet soon after your arrival to Japan.
Our Airport Delivery Service is chosen by many visitors to Japan.

* You must reserve your order in advance.
(At least 2 days before your pickup, by 5PM.)
Ordering deadlines differ between airports.
Please check the list of airport pickup locations for further details.

How to Pickup

1. Go to the pickup location you selected in your reservation (delivery counter or post office)
2. Let them know that you are there to pick up your Wi-Fi device.

* You must show your passport at pickup to verify your identity.

Please don't worry if the airport staff does not speak English well!
They are very experienced, and will be able to help you get your rental device.

Hotel

You can receive your rental device at your hotel reception.

Simply pick up when you check-in.

As the hotel reception will receive the parcel on your behalf,
you never miss to receive your parcel.

Important!

The recipient name on your order must match the hotel reservation name.

If the name doesn't match, the hotel may refuse to give you the parcel, for security reasons.

Also, remember to enter the hotel name when you place your order.

Delivery Time

You can specify the delivery time range according to the delivery areas.

We will deliver your parcel by the earliest time range when you select one.

*Morning Delivery Time

Your Wi-Fi device will arrive by noon (8 AM - 12 PM delivery).
Other delivery times are not available in the morning.
If you need your device early in the morning, please specify your rental period to start one day earlier.

Other Locations:
Your Home, Friend's Home, Company Dorm and Airbnb

We deliver to where your are staying, whether a private home, Airbnb or dormitory.
We use Japan Post (Yu-Pack parcel) services for delivery.

Direct Delivery

Your Wi-Fi device will be delivered directly to you by the postal worker.

You must personally be there to receive the parcel.

Specifying Delivery Time

You can specify the delivery time range when you place your order.

Available time ranges are as follows: "Before Noon" "12 PM - 2 PM" "2 PM - 4 PM" "4 PM - 6 PM" "6 PM - 8 PM" "8 PM - 9 PM".
* Other time ranges and more specific time are not available.

* Morning Delivery Time

Your Wi-Fi device will arrive by noon (8 AM - 12 PM delivery).
Other delivery times are not available in the morning.
If you need your device early in the morning, please specify your rental period to start one day earlier.

Delivery to a Friend /
Family's Home

You must enter your friend's or family's name as the recipient on your order.

If the recipient name does not match the name plate, the postal worker may not deliver the package.

If applicable, enter the room number.
Delivery cannot be made to residential apartments without a specified room number.

Delivered to your Airbnb

You must enter the owner's name alongside the address on your order.

If applicable, enter the room number.
Delivery cannot be made to residential apartments without a specified room number.

Missed Delivery?

Your signature will be required to accept the Yu-Pack delivery.
It will not be delivered, if you are not physically present.

If you are not home, it will be returned to the nearby postal center, and you should find a Delivery notice card in your mail box.

For redelivery, request via Internet or phone.
We can inquire on your behalf for redelivery.

Pickup at Our Store

You can pick up your device at our store.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Akihabara Station, Tokyo.
We won't keep you waiting if you place your order online in advance.

* We only accept credit card payments at our store.

Business Hours

Weekdays 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Our office is open on weekends & holidays, to support with limited pickup. Only Japanese-speaking staff will be available.

Return Fee

An additional 540 Yen will be charged for the return postage and envelope.

If you return the device and return envelope directly to our store, you will be refunded 540 Yen.

How to Return

To return your device, simply place in the return envelope, and put in any Japan Post postbox.

Put your rental device and all other peripherals in the return envelope.

Drop the return envelope in a postbox.

To return your device, just write your name on the prepaid envelope we provide. Other delivery informations are already filled out.

You can return from any postbox in Japan.

Return Deadline

Your device is available to you the last full day of your rental period.
Please return your device by 8 AM the next day.

Postbox Locations

There are more than 180,000 postboxes across Japan.

You can also find postboxes in Lawson convenience stores.
All stations and airports have postboxes.

Airport Return

Important!
There are no postboxes after passing through the security check.

Please don't forget to return your device before security check.
